Shipping
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on orders totalling over $100 and $15 on orders less than $100. We get things shipped out as soon as possible, usually within the next business day.Returns
Online order returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of product. There will be a 15% restocking fee as well as the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original package. Refunds (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued when we have received back the inventory in unused and undamaged condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. No refunds or exchanges on cut fabric or yarn.
To begin the return process please contact us at info@threadandpaper.com with your order number. Please await further instructions and the return address.
All Storewide Sale and General Sale items are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellation
Orders over $10 CAD are subject to a $3 CAD cancellation fee (this is to cover the non-refundable charges and processing fees that we have to pay). Orders for fabric will incur a 15% restocking if cancellations are made after fabric has been cut.
Fees and Charges
Charges incurred on us as a result of error on the part of the customer (i.e. address change fee) will be forwarded to the customer up to 60 days following the date of purchase.
Privacy
Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.
