In this hands-on course, you'll learn how to take a finished quilt, blanket, or new quilt just for your coat; and turn it into a stylish, wearable coat. We'll cover everything from choosing the right pattern and planning your layout to cutting, assembling, and adding finishing touches. No need to figure it out alone—you’ll be surrounded by a supportive group of makers and guided step-by-step through the process.
Bring your own quilt (new or old), and leave with a statement piece that tells a story—yours. Cozy, creative, and completely custom… What more could you ask for?

| Instructor Bio: | I'm a longarm quilter and textile artist based in beautiful Revelstoke, British Columbia. I’ve been crafting my whole life, and took up quilting after a particularly fortuitous project in college where I was studying to be a fine arts major. I love sharing my passion with people all over the country and world. I’ve got two fur babies that I (almost) love more than my husband and two grown daughters. When not buried in fabric or teaching classes, you'll probably find me catching up on my favorite shows or planning an epic road trip. |
